Patrick MENACHE, 49 years old is an IPI accredited Real Estate Agent and is member of many professional associations.
He is official adviser for several Belgian and foreign private companies and patrimonies.
With an international experience of the sector as his strength, notably a stay in Washington DC, Patrick MENACHE has created in 1999 the first “Real Estate Business Center” in Belgium, leader of the residential real estate transactions in Brussels.

Known by the Embassies, of foreign Liaisons Missions and Offices, he welcomes and advices many foreigners (expatriates community) who come to live in Brussels and accompanies them from the search of a real estate property up to the buy or rent contract.
The spoken languages within the company are :
English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish and Hebrew.
Every day he “pounds the pavement”, meets the notaries, the architects and is regularly interviewed by various Medias (RTBF: Belgian Radio and Television, RTL, BEL RTL, Trends-Tendances, PME-KMO, Le Soir, La LIBRE BELGIQUE...) in order to share his thoughts on the real estate market evolution.
He is also the only real estate expert in Belgium who gives lessons to a large audience on this matter:
buy or sell real estate, avoid the traps!
Finally, his main quality is his skill to communicate his passion for real estate!
